You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Please contact us if you wish to exercise these rights.

When you delete your account, we delete things you have posted and information about apps and entitlements you have downloaded, and you will not be able to recover that information later. You also have the right to request the portability of your data, object to our processing of your personal data, or request that we restrict the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We encourage you to review it regularly.

Donations

Anyone may voluntarily donate to support Deep Matrix through the Donate page, whether or not they have downloaded or played a Deep Matrix game. Donations can be made in fiat currency (currently through Cash App) or in cryptocurrency (currently USDT on the Ethereum network, ERC-20). You do not need to create an account with us to donate.

When you make a Donation, the payment is completed on a third-party platform or on a public blockchain. Blockchain transactions are public by design: the sending address, amount and timestamp are visible to anyone. We do not link a wallet address to your identity unless you tell us it is yours. We do not collect or store your card, bank account or wallet details.

We may receive from the provider, and keep for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes, the following: the donation amount, the date and time, the provider’s transaction identifier, and the display name or cashtag shown by the provider. We do not use this information for marketing and do not sell or share it with third parties except as required by law or to resolve a payment dispute. Donating or not donating does not affect how we process your other data or your access to our games.

Cash App is operated by Block, Inc. and processes your data under its own privacy policy. Please review it before donating.

Digital Artwork Purchases

When you buy digital artwork on our website, we collect the information needed to complete and deliver your order: your email address, your name if you provide it, the artwork you bought, the price, the date and time, the payment provider’s transaction or payment identifier and payment status, and, for cryptocurrency payments, the sending wallet address and transaction hash. We may also record when a download link is issued and used, to prevent abuse of personal links.

We use this information to confirm your payment, email you the download link, provide support and replacement links, handle refunds and disputes, prevent fraud, and keep accounting and tax records. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately agree, and we do not sell it.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers shown at checkout. They receive your payment details directly and process them under their own privacy policies; we do not receive or store your card, bank account or wallet credentials. We share order information only with these providers and with service providers that help us send email and store files, and only as needed to complete your order, or where required by law.

We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, support, refunds and our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Blockchain transactions are public by design and cannot be deleted by us. You can ask us to access or correct your order information, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by contacting us at the address below.
